The Prima Implant is a self-tapping and self-condensing tapered titanium screw implant with smoothly variable multi thread design. It has an internal hexagon index of 2.43 mmd. The progressive geometrical design of this implant and the variability of its micro-thread offer an excellent initial fixation of the implant which avoids undesired bone loss around the implant. The special internal "key-lock" system provides an excellent fixation between abutment and implant and prevents any micro movement of the inserted abutment in all dimensions.
The hexagonal internal Index allows a 4-dimensional support of the abutments and prevents its rotation.

The lower part of the implant is processed coarse grains to create a deep texture; the upper part (micro thread) is gentle, soft handling, used to preserve the properties of micro-sliced thread.

Suitable for all bone types. Implantation areas/ Indications: all parts of the maxilla and mandible.
Recommended: in mandible, bone type D1, D2.
